You ought to take up FML commenting, It's free and having a mental disorder is a plus!
There are almost an unlimited number of hobbies - Some require money and activity, but not all. Try harder to think of something you like… For example if you like art just start Googling Art until you see something you like then save pictures that you like. It’s free, it requires no physical activity. Hint - Learn to use Google. After Googling something, click on images, then click on tools, then select large size so you see clear images… There are virtually unlimited things that you can have an interest in. Just don’t claim something that someone else has created as your creation.
drawing and painting has a low barrier to entry and you can do it however you like. a stick in the dirt will still let you draw. you can also try making art by combining found objects, folding paper (origami, quilling), or even tying your hair into designs.
I'd ask for a second opinion and try to find someone who can actually help you.
then start at hobbies and activities you can actually interact and enjoy instead of creating more anxiety by being financially or physically incapable of doing such things. that's setting yourself for more anxious thinking as you're only thought is what you can't do. maybe find a new therapist as well. they should have been able to help you think up other options that are viable for you without putting you in a difficult spot financially and make sure you can do the hobby within reason without leaving the session still feeling in a rut of feeling like no one is listening
