So romantic

Today, my girlfriend decided to let me know that she almost left me for another guy not so long ago, because he was more handsome and talented than me. The reason she didn't leave, "He's out of my league; you're not." FML

dumb the ho. u deserve someone who appreciates u. what if some guy pops up 2morrow "within her whoring league" and she decides is better than u?

This is when you call it the quits and dump her to let her know that you are out of her league and that you are "sorry" that you just noticed that you were too good for her. Chances are she is going to leave you sooner or later once she finds someone "who is within her league".

Don't worry. She will probably find someone in the same league now that you know she's looking. So bail first with the first good substitute you can find from another team. Just saying....

I'm normally not the type to say dump her, but in this case you should. She obviously doesn't value the relationship and she will leave for the next handsome man who will take her. You're better off leaving her now before she does it to you.

I hope you dumped her, OP. Regardless of whether she was being honest or not, that's uncalled for.

Just a note to the mods or whoever edits the FML grammar, it should be "handsome and talented", not "handsome talented".

Tell her she's wrong. You are out of her league. You deserve better

well since she "almost" left you, you should go the rest of the way and "actually" leave her... there are obviously better people out there for you
