So unfair

Today, my boss decided that we no longer have to clock out for cigarette breaks, but we do for toilet breaks. I'm the only non-smoker on my floor, and I'm getting penalised for it. FML

everytime they go to smoke go waste the same amount of time or use the bathroom as needed. you will never be at your desk. also can someone tell me why smoke breaks are allowed in the first place? do you get to take a pint break or a drug break or get to sit for 5 mins with a cup of coffee? nope. well at my work you dont. we get dinner break only unless you smoke.

Buy an electronic cigarette or a fake steam one and say you are going on a 'smoke break' which might just happen to end up in the restroom. 8p

Pretend to start smoking and every time you need to pee, say you're going for a smoke but run to the toilet instead..

Yeah Smoke breaks are a luxury not a necessity, That's not legal in the UK, You could just explain that to him and if he refuses/sacks you then a tribunal will rule in your favour.
