OP, you're my hero today! I got hit by a car as a kid and wish someone had pulled me back. Don't let this asshat of a mother get you down. Report her behavior to the school, so you don't get in trouble (the school probably knows she's a bitch, if not a negligent one).

Now, I'm NOT saying you should have let the brat get hit because no mother should ever have to go through the pain of losing a child. However, it seems like it would serve that asshole right if her kid/s were taken away because of her gross negligence.

I would look for witnesses and have her child taken away for child endangerment. She should permanently have her right to breed revoked and be beaten with large ropes.
