Tell her it was your other grandma!
What #54 said. Exactly.
Unlucky. FYL. To all the people saying it's a dreadful to say that; harden up. To all the people saying YDI for not getting it in on time; we have lives. We don't spend our time doing homework when we could be doing something fun if we don't absolutely have to.
Yep... and while you have "fun" now, someone else will be working hard and achieving goals. Next thing you know, you might be working at some crappy, low-minimum wage job. In the meanwhile, the person who works hard will most likely be rewarded, and living a better life. So yeah, go out and have some "fun," whatever the hell you may think is fun. :D
Non-stop work isn't good, you need to have a breaks/fun and the like. For example i have to study for mock's and TEE, finish two physics investigations, finish my arcade machine I'm making, finish my bedside table, my engineering folio and my materials folio. I'm not going to get all of it done on time, some of it's overdue. So excuses are going to be needed.
You're a fool, over 90% of the successful people in any field are successful due to natural talent, the few who work really hard and eventually get there, are a minority. People who say you can work hard now and relax when you're older usually just end up working hard their entire lives, never happy with where they are now and forcing themselves into jobs with a very high commitment of work. Simply put: if you're a very high up lawyer you have less time to actually enjoy life due to work. Added to the fact most of your actual "free" time will hardly compensate for the stress of the job. Slackers always win because they're happy with where they're at. Notice how most intelligent people are very lazy in every area of their life except one.
ah ha ha ha fail.
Why didn't you say that it was your OTHER grandma?
LOL LOL LOL that made me laugh
God forbid you should bother to do the work.
Lol. You should've just stuck to the "my dog ate it" excuse.
It's called time management. Of course if you wait until the last minute it'll be near impossible to get it done on time on top of other things! But if you start working on it the day it was assigned, then you'll only need to set aside minutes per day instead of several hours the day before it's due. And if it's nearing the due date and you know it won't be done on time since you have too many other things to do, try asking for an extension. YDI

tell her the other grandma, you do have two you know. Even if the other one had already died
YDI. Now you're in even more of a pickle. Truth hurts. Suck it up
