Take extra care. That allergy grows over time and can be deadly. Many in my family has the shellfish allergy and I've seen it get worse. I also knew a dean at a college where I worked who died when a popcorn shrimp accidently got mixed in with his meal while he was on work travel. Make sure to list it before medical tests and procedures as some tests use shellfish extracts.
