Whether she was tired, mad, confused, or at a loss for words, it doesn't matter. If u love someone or even just care about them, u would give a response in this scenario. It could be pouring ur heart out in return, saying u feel the same way, a kiss, a hug, or even just a sincere smile would help him acknowledge u care and were listening. Unless she actually did and u are just being a bit overly sensitive or it wasn't the response u were hoping for lol. I'd say give it a week n see what happens. She might surprise u with something..sometimes people need some time to process. I'm sure u took some time to figure out what u were going to say to her as well ;).
