Have you tried tea, especially matcha? It's lower in caffeine and has many health benefits.
it's called caffeine withdrawal and the solution is not to continue your caffeine addiction
Fully agree with JustKidding100. Once you get past the caffeine withdrawal, things will get better. expect more than headache, like irritability and jitters. But hang in there, you can do it. I gave up caffeine 19 years ago after some kidney stones and have not looked back.
Maybe see a doctor, and in the meantime try tea like others suggested. I suffer from migraines and some of the medications actually have caffeine in it.
I stopped caffeine for about 3 years before starting to have coffee again. Prior to that, I had headaches frequently but when I stopped having caffeine I stopped having headaches. What I learned is that it's caused by caffeine withdrawal. Eventually you'll stop having them once you get through the withdrawal
You know caffeine pills are a thing, right?
tea, caffeine pills, caffeinated chocolate on Amazon
how about some vitamin b and d supplements???
