unless that mouse was fresh, its safe to assume his carcass was actually pretty sterile after even a single washing. bacteria cant survive in climates above 160°. (serve safe certified chef speaking) the hot water in your dishwasher cooked all the germs out. i actually feel pretty bad for the little guy. thats an awful way to die. but you and your family should be fine op.
I guess I'm gonna start checking my dishwasher before I run it after reading this.
