My aunt works at McDonalds. She doesn't smoke.
I ******* hate it when customers do that. In the words of my boss, "We pay for it, so they should pay for the shit too." Unless it is an extra dollar or more, she needs to shut the hell up and pay for what she wants.
I'm sorry, but your mom is a fool. I've never worked in a fast food place, and I've NEVER bitched anyone out in such a place for anything either. I can't stand that people freak out over 1-5 dollar meals (individually), and think that they're in the right. What a group of hard asses they are for bitching out teens and young adults just trying to get by. It's just fast food people! Just calmly tell the employee your order is wrong, and ask for what you ordered, or in this case just ask why you were charged, nod, and get the **** over it. There is no excuse to get angry over fast food. I think it should be acceptable for the employee to tell such people to go **** themselves, and then refuse them service.
lol!
haha, poor guy.
I am a manager at a Mc Donald restaurant. Don't think that we're cheap just because we charge for BBQ sauce. Think about it... a lot of people order sauces imagine how much money if we'd be losing if we were to hand out these sauces for free. It's an expense for us.
So, if its an expense that would run you into the ground if you didn't charge for it, then explain all the other fast food places that DON'T charge for it and HAVEN'T gone out of business. Somehow the McDonalds I used to go to always gave me anywhere from 2-10 packets of ketchup which I didn't ask for or pay for, yet they seemed to be making plenty of money based on how well maintained their property was and how much business they were doing on a regular basis. I didn't even like the stuff and they were still giving it away like candy on Halloween.
Yes of course they should give you something for free, that costs them money. especially when your not ordering the product it was designed for.
tbf it is daylight robbery charging for sauce!

I'm sure that the 15-year-old working the drive through is really sorry to hear that your mother is never coming to visit again.
