Take away her other toys.
One of my biggest fears is having a child like this. I remember when I was that little, my parents would tell me that the toy wanted to go to a different home. If I refused, they would say they'd take away my favorite toy. Worked for me.

if that were my child, she could kiss every doll she owns goodbye. my parents did it to me when I was a kid. If I threw a tantrum or started screaming, I lost all my toys
It amazes me how any child could become like that, but for those that do, they should be left with a good nanny that can teach them some respect and manners.
That kid would be grounded from everything she liked for at least a year if she was my kid. No cartoons, no toys, no playdates. Just school, meals, chores, and then bedtime.
