Well, next time I'm in "The Land of The Paranoid", I'm gonna call the cops every time I see a male walking down the street, because obviously he *could* be a rapist. As all of the platitudinous commenters in here would say: "better safe than sorry". #47: "And last but not least I hit this same topic days ago when I stated that states are now asking that people be diligent and call the cops if they see an older person walking with a younger person." - Please tell me you're joking. That's how *all* younger children walk around - in the company of an older person!

And just so it doesn't seem that I'm prejudiced, I'll call the cops every time I see a woman driving a car because she *could* have just cut off her boyfriend's wang and be driving away to throw it in the river. ... And anyone, male or female, walking down the street carrying one of those pocket-sized dogs - we'd better all call the cops as well, because they could be taking that poor animal home to cook and eat it! C'mon folks - I can't keep America safe from all these millions of potential felons all on my own - we need you *all* to ring up the cops whenever you see anything that could possibly be a crime being committed! Oh, and yeah - those cops had better turn up in 30 seconds flat, otherwise they'll miss the chance to arrest all those felons. If they're not there in 30 seconds, we should campaign to have them sacked - obviously not doing their jobs properly! "Better safe than sorry..."
