A nanny is a full-time sitter, not someone OP calls for an hour or two a week when she goes to therapy. OP probably works full-time and goes to therapy once a week during a lunch break or something. The therapy sessions aren't the reason for the OP's hiring the nanny.

What a wise man! He's skipping the middle man (err, woman) - you. Now he can do something that makes kids with someone that takes care of them. Rather win-win for him, isn't it?
