If I were you I would just write it in a letter, I understand how hard these things can be especially if you're under pressure trying to explain some thing like this.
And depressing
Thank god that you didn't get a panic attack while writing this.
I'd say get some counseling, but what specifically defines a panic attack? I read loads of FML's but I have never met/heard someone who had one (or didn't want to share it)
I have an anxiety disorder and get at least 1 a year. Your heart races to the point where you can barely breathe, you get dizzy, everything around you starts to turn black, your hearing dies away, and sometimes people faint from lack of oxygen. It can differ from person to person, though. But, I assume most people on FML who talk about them don't actually get one. Much like those who are are like, "I match my socks to my underwear, so I'm OCD!"
I have a variety of mental illnesses and it frustrates me to no end that some people think depression is just being sad for a few days, panic attacks are just common nerves or, as you say, ocd is just being neat.
Time to start smoking more weed, OP!
Lucky for me, I only "Panic! At The Disco".
