Isn't that sexual harassment? You are uncomfortable that your boss is hitting on you. Granted its a dating app but its still somebody from your work and you don't want anything with him.

in most cases to be sexual harassment they would first have to inform the other person that they do not approve of the behavior. unless they have been told then legally they have no way of "knowing".

Uh, unless you're representing the company or work in a company that makes you sign one of those behavior contracts, bastard can't tell you anything about your behavior outside of work. Report his dumb ass.
