Today, my boss found me on a dating app. He found it perfectly acceptable to message me and didn't understand why I wasn't comfortable with it. He now wants to have a meeting with me about inappropriate behavior outside of work. FML

Everyone is saying how it was "so inappropriate" for him to have messaged you on the app. But that's what the ******* app is for. Regardless of being coworkers, it was not inappropriate. It was inappropriate to call for the meeting about it however.
