As a manager, that is partially his fault if you truly are having problems.
Scapegoat much? Are we still using that "much" construct?

He's your manager, you're his responsibility. If things are wrong because of you then he should work with you to fix it up or frankly, get rid of you. If things are not your fault then they should get rid of him.
