There's a time and a place

Today, I was taking the AP Biology exam. It’s strictly timed, yet my proctor spent 30 minutes (a third of the time we have) talking about his sexual relationship with his wife, who was also proctoring. I don’t know how I did on the test, but I now know my proctor had erectile dysfunction. FML

You can report that as an "irregularity" to the AP people, which can get you a re-take.

Entirely inappropriate discussion. He has no business around high school kids.

Okay so first of all I'm pretty sure all a proctor has to be able to do is read, (if they are the person I think they are I'm not sure if you're talking about administrators or monitors) Second of all, you could 100% contact the office of testing integrity, that's what it's for, and there's no reason that you or your classmates test scores should suffer because of this guy. I just took AP US History and I would have been SOOOOOO mad if somebody had messed it up for me!

I seriously doubt this is true. People who send their tests to the "Collage" Board deserve to be shot. (like one of the commentors here0.

wow, that sucks, and so do those tests. I had to take the AP Environmental Science test today :/

What 21 said. They are legally obligated to give you the said amount of time to do the test. If they spend too much time setting it up or being retarded, they have to give you that amount of time at the end.

wow... i remember taking that test last year well yeah file a complaint if you think its guna hurt ur score haha i took apush on friday nd practically got strip-searched by our proctor :P

ahh, another one of life's golden moments left to be cherished

Ouch. AP exams suck. I just took my US History last week. Hope you did good on yours, despite the set back.

File a complaint with College Board...seriously. Even if you're never taking another AP exam, you owe it to future test-takers to NEVER have that proctor again.
