i call BS on this one too. i've taken AP exams and many other standardized tests. a proctor would never take up your test time like that. this is a lie.
At least the AP Bio exam was easy. Seriously, Euro and Calculus were a nightmare. But you should definitley report it to the AP Testing Board. Even if you decline the re-take, the proctor will get an earful.
Haha I was taking the same exam. The worst thing that happened to us was our proctor kept yelling to make sure our phones were off, and then hers rang in the middle of the exam.
wtf... that sucks.. FYL. during my AP Lit exam the stupid proctor was ******* eating really loudly right in front of me.. and i thought that was bad.

You can report that as an "irregularity" to the AP people, which can get you a re-take.
