OP, I can just about guarantee that those parking tickets will ultimately cost you far more than the parking pass “you cannot afford”. Eventually your car will be impounded and it’s going to cost a lot to get it back… OP I was once a college student and lived in a dorm and later off campus. My university was also very quick to give out parking tickets for vehicles parked without the proper permit. The only other viable option is living on campus and walking or using a bike or parking off campus… OP trust me, not paying for parking tickets or any other expense you incur is not an option - You either pay up front or it will eventually cost you far more.
Two words: Public transportation. If that's not an option, get rides from family and friends you trust. Also, look into telecommuting for your courses. That way, you won't be constantly illegally parking and mounting more tickets.
