Lets just hope he doesn't hold a grudge.. otherwise you will find yourself being repeatedly turned down for promotions.... Though if he is a bit of a sleaze then record everything as it could be a nice case of sexual harrasment for HR to look into. ;)

There's going to be some tension in the office. I suggest you make a proactive career move: a nice, friendly, professional, get-to-know-you ******* always breaks the ice. Then, he'll have no doubt where you stand, or kneel. From there, you'll be able to move onto Covered-parking-spot anal, or six-weeks-paid-vacation *******. Good luck with your new career.

Psychic flashes? If any one of my employees - or friends - or some random guy on the street - told me they had psychic flashes I would fire, avoid, run-the-hell-away-from that person. Because that's completely, utterly insane. My prognosis for someone who told me that: schizophrenia.
