Tight ass friends

Today, I summoned the courage to talk to my friends about the money they owe me for my photography services at their wedding. We had agreed on a fair price, but now they're pissed, claiming that I'm being selfish, and should consider it my wedding gift to them. FML

Bring them a toaster and then ask for your money.

This is exactly why you NEVER lend your friends money or offer them your professional services. Especially if you're a prostitute.

They are in fact, the selfish ones, stick to your guns(agreed on price with said friends) OP. They should be glad you even did that for them at a fair price. Assholes

Sounds to me like their wedding and it being all about them went to their heads.

I think I'd punch them right in their faces and not give them any damn photos and just delete them all !

friends can be shifty hopefully you didn't give their pictures to them yet but guessing from this fml I'm sure you did

With an attitude like that, I don't see this so called Holy Communion lasting very long. Get this bitch's quote in writing and then get the small claims court process rolling. Good Luck OP !

People are so cheap never trust family or friends when it comes to business

Did you guys have a contract? Was it in writing? I sure hope so...

working with/for friends is always difficult. I sideways insist on a written contract for that kind of work (I'm a musician), especially if I'm working for friends.

Sideways huh? That's an odd stance to take. I'm usually pretty forward when I'm insistent on something ;)
