Today, I went to my doctor to get the morning after pill. I explained to her that the condom broke and I was nervous. She simply asked me, "When?" so I replied "Towards the end." I didn't realize she was actually asking what day this happened. FML

Today, I came to the conclusion that you should always tell the truth. While I was busy reassuring her that the condom didn't break, she was telling me how it was okay because she was on the pill. According to the pregnancy test, we both lied. FML

Today, I was at a party. Trying to overcome my social anxiety, I was trying to take part in conversations. So, when a girl mentioned she had a doctor's appointment next morning, I blurted out: "What kind of a doctor?" Everyone stared as she responded: "A gynaecologist." FML

Today, my girlfriend told me that she's pregnant. She'd told me she was on birth control, so I asked her to show me. She had been sticking the pills up her vagina like a suppository. FML

Today, I went to the doctor for my yearly checkup. After getting my blood-pressure taken, my finger pricked, etc, the doctor began to ask me some questions. When asked if I was sexually active, I responded "Yes". The doctor started laughing. FML

Today, while at my job, I walked past one of my colleagues who has been sick for the past couple of days. She knows that I'm a tea drinker and asked me for a tea bag. While conversing with her, I handed her one and left. I then later realized that I gave her a condom. FML

Today, I found out that I'm going to be a mother. This was a mystery, since I take birth control and use condoms all the time. Or, at least, it was, until my mother admitted to swapping my pills and poking holes in my condoms so she could have a grandchild before she died. FML

133- it's not alive when it's just a fertilized egg that hasn't implanted. sorry to burst your bubble. it's no different to stopping the egg being fertilised at all don't abuse people for their personal choices. live your life and let others live theirs. peace

HAHAHA I love bible thumpers... they really make my day. Their like the blind being guided but the liras. (Don’t have a problem with most religious people just the thumpers that take it as far as wanting people dead because of a little mistake go suck a bible!!) But seriously this is BS I have put in 3 or 4 FML and none have gone through but this mild miss understanding get through BS.

As a future pharmacist, I feel obligated to set people straight on pharmaceuticals as well as their options for family planning. It sounds like this girl was looking for a prescription for Plan B, (which you only need a prescription for if you are under 18). Plan B is a high dose of the hormone found in regular birth control pills (levonorgestrel) and is more effective the sooner after unprotected sex. The levonorgestrel helps prevent ovulation, fertilization and implantation. It does NOT affect an implanted egg (that is why you should obtain Plan B asap!) I choose to remain neutral on whether or not this is morally right or wrong, an abortion, a woman's personal choice or what have you. My strongest belief is that a woman should understand what she is taking if she chooses to take it. Ok, I said my piece. Talk to your pharmacists or your doctors- just stay informed!

Wow, so FYL because you misunderstood a question?? If that's the least of your worries, then I'd say you're doing pretty well. However, the rest of what you said is really more of the FYL, I'd say! YDI for having your priorities in the wrong order?

if ur ''Dr" isnt smart enough 2know that the 'morning after' pill is to be taken THE MORNING AFTER!!!...... take it upon yourself 2REFER URSELF 2a REAL Dr. perhaps.
