You need to talk to you boss, let them decide. Your co-worker might get asked not to shout and the kid might need help.
It seems like both your coworker and the kid have anger issues. Your coworker shouldn't yell and the kid, well his issues are obvious. Your life sucks op, double because you're intimidated by a child. Might want to keep out of it next time, js.
He's a little kid. What's he gonna do? Stab her to death with safety scissors? Disembowl her with the crayons? Shoot her with a pretend cowboy gun from the toy box?
A kid with a weapon is still dangerous. We had to tackle and banish a 12 year old boy from our tennis academy after he attempted to bludgeon a 15 year old girl with his racquet. He managed to give her a bloody nose and a concussion before we could stop him.
I suggest you let someone know about this... No matter what the age of the child is they could be dead serious. Just be careful, better safe than sorry.
Haha 'dead serious'
Suggest? I'm pretty sure legally this is what is supposed to be done. Maybe not legally (as if I know), but it's certainly the policy at almost any school.
Just a little unsettling
