Some people are so entitled. A lady came into the store I work at the other day and left telling us she was going to call corporate because she couldn't get a discount on a lawn chair that had some dirt on it. All of our noses are intact, though.

It's stories like this that are why every public job I've ever worked had the local police department on speed dial. I was never threatened (nor did anyone go through with a threat of) physical violence against my person; but I'd be damned if they didn't end up hurting and in jail fairly quickly.

Assault is the most likely answer, how about smash the tit back in the face with the box that he brought to the check out

Oh man I hate those customers! This one dude got mad cause he didn't get a free shower gel and told us that is what the sign said. Our sign says its free with a cologne purchase but he claims it only says free ._. Got really mad and yelled then left.

I had a customer throw a can of dog food at my head once because I couldn't give the case discount if she didn't buy twelve cans from the same brand. Thankfully, I'm fast, and it didn't hit me. She was banned from the store. This is why we had a panic button.
