Today, a cute girl I know in passing approached me very nervously and blushing like mad. She gave me a note with a number on it, said to call her, then ran away. When I called the number later, it was one of those rejection hotlines. What the hell? FML

Next time you see her, put her on the spot & tell her you lost her number & then ask her for it. First, she'll be bummed her "trick" didn't work & second, she'll feel bad when you don't call her. Turn about is fair play.

Curious as to what OP's interaction with her has been thus far that made the girl feel the need to do this. If OP has been creepy, maybe she's being proactive. But if OP truly just knows her "in passing" this is a total dick move on the girl's part.

I'm guess you're more of a "puss in boots" type, not a "pig in boots" one, huh? Animals in clothing is cute. What's not to love? Maybe you just don't get it. See, pigs don't need rain boots because they have hooves, which are water resistant naturally. But this little mini pig is so precious, her tiny feet must be protected! Plus, her chose of red boots is rather sassy.

You should go up to her and say "I had no idea you had those strong of feelings for me that was beautiful" just make it a big deal like she accidentally gave you a pick up hotline number or something... of course make sure her friends are near by

Sounds like it was a dare or something. Either way, sorry that happened to you, bud! Maybe you can use this as an icebreaker and go talk to her instead ;D (unless it was some sort of strange preemptive attempt for you to leave her alone).
