Today, a dog attacked me. Its owner, instead of apologizing and helping me, said it was my own fault for making it think I was an attacker by running past them. We were on a jogging track. FML

You need to report him and the dog. Imagine if it had been a child that this dog had attacked! It will attack again. Sounds like it has before judging by the owners response!

So this happened to me and my dog recently (and I live in British Columbia too). I wonder if you're the guy my dog jumped on. If you are, SCREW YOU. You told me you'd break my dog's neck in front of me? Dirt bag. I'm glad he jumped and barked* at you.

**** that. I had a dog attack occur recently, and the owners can be some of the WORST people to deal with. Mine happened while I was at work delivering mail, but it was CLEARLY my own fault. FYL, I feel for ya.
