214, OP said ashes not his cigarette butt. There is a big difference. Ashes are just that ashes, meaning no longer on fire while the butt is. I am a smoker and i do flick my ashes out, however i do not flick my cigarette butt out.

There is a 300 dollar fine for throwing your cigarette butt out of the window. Not ashes it is really 300dollars my brother went to court and there was a guy that refused to pay up.
