12, it's not a YDI for being a smoker..it's a YDI for littering & running the risk of starting a fire which would kill far more people/ destroy peoples houses than cig smoke wafting into a window. I had someone flick out their cig like that once and the wind blew it right in my window into my face. OP was a jerk for not using an ashtray, & therefore had NO right to complain. So it's more of a F the tailgaters life for having to deal with OP's "butt" in the first place.
