She's just self-righteous bits who thinks everything is to be handed to her. Some people I just want to slap because they're SO STUPID.

I would just like to say that only an idiot would be like this. I am from the south and even I know that buffet meas self-serve. I just wish I didn't have to run over my lunch first. :|

Some people are belligerent assholes even when you explain the situation. They don't like seeming stupid so they act even more so when it's pointed out. Forget about her, you'll meet a ton of idiots in your life and you just gotta make sure they don't stick in your mind.

It seems that she was more or less lazy, than stupid. More than likely, she was aware of the fact that it was a self serve buffet, however she wanted someone to wait on her hand and foot. And then when it became obvious that you were not required to do that, then she wanted to cause a scene in order to possibly get her food compensated. I work at a steakhouse and I have worked in a buffet setting and people have come in to both establishments numerous times throwing child like tantrums over situations just like this one, all in hopes of getting their meals for free.
