Hahahaha
The only way I can see this making any sorts of sense is if OP's parents and the other girls parents were friends. I can't count the number of times my parents took me to their friends house and I was expected to make nice with some other kid I didn't like. Or yes, even hated. They stopped doing that after the 'accidental' fire.
My first thought was that they were assigned to work on a group project together, but your explanation makes sense, too. I hope OP follows up.
This comment needs a follow up!! What happened with the 'accidental' fire? Haha
I'd like to say that hilarious antics ensued. But the reality of the matter is I managed to ruin my parents first good friendship in their adopted homeland. It's taken me years to realize this. At the time, I just knew I didn't have to hang around with a bullying piece of shit anymore. And I still don't.
Well, it says the girl "found her way to my room", so it doesn't sound like she wanted to invite here over in the first place. Their parents could be friends, her sibling could've invited her, she could have recently moved to the neighbourhood (from another part of town), they could have been assigned a joint project for homework (although I wouldn't normally call this "hanging out"), etc. People seem to be a little too judgemental of the fact that she made it to her house. What should be more concerning is the dart board with the picture of the girl's face attached even existing in the first place.
Why let them in?
Ask her if she wants to try it out

You sound insane
You let her come over knowing you had her face as a target there? And you hate her so why have her over anyway?
