Keep the house and find a guy with brains
Big deal! quit whining and think of the less fortunate with real problems lol
If you both bought it 50:50 you CAN say NO
This is an FML? Seriously? I'm not saying that this is the case but what if his mom had cancer, Dementia, Alzheimer, trouble walking or some other physical disability/serious illness and he needed to be near his mom for that reason? What if a trailer home is the closest living space, to his mom's house or wherever she lives, that he could find? Imagine that she died three weeks later, from something serious, and your boyfriend WASN'T there to say goodbye or spend time with his mom in her last moments. I find it stupid that people complain about their husbands, boyfriends, fiances, etc... wanting to be near their moms. If it were me, I WOULD have moved into that trailer because, obviously, his mom means the world to him. If you CAN'T see that, I'm NOT sure he deserves you. I know a TON of girls (besides me) who WOULD move, with him, in a heartbeat!
tell him to sell you his half and stay

Mamas boy.
Is his mom elderly and/or in ill health, such that she needs his help?
