Aw, don't feel too bad. That happened to me once but it was my skirt getting caught. Good thing I had leggings on underneath, but I had to try and get off while attached to the chain, and then unravel my skirt from the chain.

I had this happen to me, fell and almost broke my wrist! No one came to my aide either. Problem is, when you stop moving forward you fall! I learned after this happened 2-3 times to tuck in my laces when I bike so they can't wrap around again! I feel your pain! And your hurting wrist and arm if you tried to catch yourself. (Good way to break bones but it's an instinctive reaction)
