OP it's not usually that bad. most salads don't have anything dead in them besides lettuce
That was just the world proving to you that things are going to happen, but you must learn to overcome them.
I'd be petrified for life! I'm so sorry to hear that!
Where the **** did u eat? Some ghetto shit place?
Good protein! Just pretend it's a crouton.
Op once I was eating my grandmas cooking when I was younger and I found a cockroach in it. I did't throw up or feel sick, I just threw it out and never ate her cooking because I realized how dirty she was. So what I mean is op, just try another place and check your food. May not be the most normal thing to do, but you're facing your fear. :) I hope you try again even though what you found was gross. Just try a different place. Don't forget, since we're American SUE their pants off. (Just kidding).
*didn't. I think you should sue just a tad though.
It's organic! :)

id own that restaurant by the time we got out of court. that's DISGUSTING and i hope you filed a complaint with the local health department
Think about it this way: you faced one of the worst scenarios possible, and lived through it. Don't give up just yet. I'm sure if you tried again, you'd have a much better experience, and be well on your way to conquering your phobia.
