In my town we're paying around $3.80 for gas currently, which is a relief compared to the $4.09 it was over Labor Day weekend and 9/11. What's really pissing me off most though is whenever the gas prices go down, it's by 5-10 cents at a time. But when they go back up, it's never any less than 20 cents.

I live where gas is the most expensive in America, excluding Hawaii which has the most expensive gas. But their gas needs to be shipped to them because it is an island. I live in Illinois
