Today, after handing in my resume to get a part-time job, I tried leaving, but the door wouldn't open. It was the "in" door. The person I gave my resume to had to slowly explain this to me. FML

So, when do you start this new gig as a doorman?

If the person you handed your resume in to isn't the hiring manager, who cares. I'm sure you're not the only one to get those doors mixed up.

It does happen quite frequently, but not everyone needs someone to explain it s l o w l y to them.

I don't understand this FML, what was "in the door"? Can you slowly explain this for me?

Had to explain what....? How u probably won't get the job now....

I don't really understand this FML... What does 'in the door' mean?? Can you 'slowly explain' it to me?

The door in which, when having sex with other doors, prefers to take it in, rather than put it out.

I may be in over my head, but you should chill out. I'm sure when you walked in, they had you all figured out. Instead of pouting, ingratiate yourself and gain some clout. Indeed you may look like a lout, but in the end, there will be no doubt. Go all in, and it'll all work out.

DocBastard -> DocSuess apparently I encourage it

Doc, if I may ask, how old are you?

No you may not ask. I'm significantly older than you.

That might have lowered your chances of getting hired

The in door is the door, when having sex with other doors, prefers to take it in rather than put it out.

Sorry about that, meant to reply that to DrMime's comment but it I guess something glitches.

Next week on the, "Idiots with doors" show, OP challenges a revolving door at the bank. Stay tuned!
