Today, I got back from a romantic vacation at a fancy hotel with my boyfriend of 6 months. After a steamy love session, I confessed that I was in love with him. Later, when I got out of the shower, all his stuff was gone and I was stuck with the entire week's hotel cost and no ride home. FML

Today, my boyfriend asked me to pick up a few things from the store for him while he was at work. After picking up everything he asked for, I wasn't left with much money so I used $50 from my account. When he got home he then grumbled about me spending all of "his" money. FML

I would maintain that the real lesson is not to be in a relationship with a selfish thieving prick. My wife has access to my money and I to hers. There's never been any issue in 15 years because all spending is a matter of priority and we agree on what's important. If we didn't there's not too much chance that we would be married.

Ooh...If my boyfriend took my money.....there would be hell to pay. Either make him return it, or sell it. bastard shouldn't be able to spend your hard earned money like that. The first thing you should do, though, is take his name off of your account, or get a new one that's only in your name that he can't touch.
