I don't know whether anyone has mentioned this, but that's called theft. OK, he's your BF and maybe you even live together but at most that implies that you will contribute to "living" expenses and maybe that you will attempt to reach agreement with him for other things. It doesn't mean that what's yours is his by any stretch. If he took a few $ for food or rent or whatever then it could be said you had implicitly agreed to that. Taking your holiday money to by a motorcycle? There's no way it can be implied that you authorised him to do that. You should tell him that if he doesn't pay you back you will call the police. If necessary do that. And keep your hard-earned money in your own bank account to which only you have access unless and until you meet someone who is worthy of trust.
Slap him across the face with that bike then sell it along with the rest of his shit until you make your money back plus interest.
Dump him... Please dump him. Now.
Why would he have access to your money? That's just dumb.
