This is in no way, shape, or form a FML. This should be on MLIA, you whiny bitch.
When I moved house, I lived opposite a park. It turned out the house had been unused a while, so some people seemed to have got used to parking in front of the driveway. Even when there was a car in the driveway, so it was obvious that it was in use, people would still park in front of our house (not any of the others) rather than park down the road, or even walk to the damn park. Eventually my mum ended up parking in front of the driveway, after she almost missed a play she was going to see because some cretin was blocking her in, as usual. In short, I am heavily biased against people who park on or in front of other people's driveways. so YDI.
Where is the down side to this??? As long as the other person doesn't look like Helen Keller, I think you're good.
Park the car there tomorrow, with a note that says "yes I am single" and then some flirty comment - or else find a new place to park!
