you spent only 20 minutes each day trying to work your abs? first you have to get rid of all the fat that your abs are hiding under by doing cardio. then you have to do ab workouts to make your abs stronger, etc.
which, we all know, is normal english :D spread the word. push for the elimination of weird american spelling! but seriously, what's wrong with keeping the U in coloUr?
ydi, you're supposed to give your muscles time to rest, rest time is equally important as work out time, try rotating one day work out one day dont' and you'll have far better results
1000 minutes per day...is ******* insane .. i probably do 30 minutes a day and in a month i have a 6 pack...pretty simple
situps and crunches are 'toning' excercises, you can do these every day with no issues. taking a day off here and there is cool and WILL help rebuild, but you dont need to take more than 1 day off a week. this is different from say benching, where you're really tearing your muscles and really do need time to rebuild them between workouts. and yes, if you're fat (no offense), no amount of crunches and situps is gonna give you a sixer.
you have to run dumbass. crutches and other types ab excercises will not give you definition. and it dosnt help doing em everyday. you have to give your abdominals a break every once and a while. YDI
You should have poked her and said "Bitch.".
Wow. That was extremely rude. ignore her and just keep working!
