that sucks majorly (@•@)
at least you didn't do a whole semester just to find out you weren't even registered for that subject.
I'm sorry, but 8 months to wait to even CHECK if something was wrong? If you didn't get a grade when grades were supposed to go out, something was wrong. Were you even thinking about what exactly you were writing when posting this? Because it has YDI written all over it, either that or this is total BS.
I wish I could comment on this, but as I'm English, I don't think my input would be entirely helpful since the educational system is different I would have enquired about it after not getting the marks for it after a few months, I wouldn't wait around. In England, you finish school at 16 but can go on til you are 18, which is what I'm doing, and if I didn't get marks for extra curricular activities, I'd be pissed.
They've changed it now. Anyone in year 9 or below in school now has to continue until they're 18 unless they get a job or an apprenticeship. (sp?) I'm in my AS Year at the moment, so it doesn't affect me.
You either have a really crap school and professor, or this is a lie. As someone who works in a university, if a student ID number does not match the student's name, we call the student to verify the number. We would never make changes to a student's file if the ID number we were given did not match the name we were given. Surely your professor should have known your name??

It took you 3 years to realise this? Don't worry, I doubt your grade is very good.
I agree, if it had been only a week or two after grades were supposed to be posted and I didn't see mine, I would have emailed the teacher or called the school to see what was going on. it's been two and a half years...Ydi
