Okay, as someone said before (forgive my memory, I would have gladly given name of this "someone"), go to your teacher and explain to her that it was your fault. Your group should not have to fail because you could not take the time to submit the work, remember to submit the work, or set a reminder to submit the work. You have failed your responsibility and caused people who care about their grades to fail and no longer see you as a trustworthy partner. S/he should fail you, but not fail those who actually did their part.
