I don't know how old you are, but people used to mistake me for a boy until I was almost 17. Then I bleached and cut my hair, bought make up, push-up bras (due to my complete lack of boob), and slightly tighter cloths. Never happened again. Though there are better and more subtle ways than mine.
I would also like to add, that there is no reason to change yourself if you don't want too, and all the people that are telling you that you HAVE to change, are stupid.
At least you didn't need it to say "Not a dog."
i Don't get it
Shoot, I wish I had a shirt like that when I was young. From when I was 6 until I hit puberty, people thought I wish a boy. I'm not. I grew my hair long and started doing my eyebrows, that helps. But don't change, OP, and don't listen to anyone who want you to change how you look or dress. Good luck!
Unfortunately, I have a unisex face......it got worse. I was on a plane and it was cold so I wore a jacket. The flight attendant said, "Excuse me Sir" I looked up and she suddenly apologized for mistaking me for a guy. She came back about 5mins later and did the same thing, but this time added "I'm so sorry! I know you're not a guy, I just can't help it!". Nothing left to do but accept it I suppose.
I know the feel sweetie. I'm a pre-op trans guy, who has the babyfaced asian girl look down to a T. I get hit on by guys all the time because of it, even though I'm not into guys. Ignore everybody else, dress how you want, look how you want, and act how you want. Nobody has the right to question who you are, as long as you know who you are.
F all of our lives for living in a society that uses gendered language that makes it hard to use gender neutral language in many situations and foxes us to label each other immediately

Hey Bill, look at the guy walking down the street with that T-shirt that says "I'm a girl"
Its hard since i have no idea what you look/dress like, but normally some makeup and more feminine clothing should solve that problem in a more...subtle way.
