Texting while driving is absolutely stupid and unnecessary. The reason we are being harsh is because being distracted by a phone has killed people. If you are driving in something that weighs over 2 tons and decided to text than you're a huge ******* idiot. When on the road your full attention needs to be on the road and not at your lap. And by the way, no not everyone is stupid enough to text and drive so don't say that most people do it.
