I can understand how that happens. A lot of athletes wear short bike shorts, and these always have a habit of riding up when running. Although she would know it was gonna ride up that far, and should deal with that. On the other hand, WTF was that guy doing looking so closely down there while she was RUNNING past!! That would be very hard to do, unless he was concentrating... or it was really obvious! :S
