That is beyond disgusting...if you can see you bush though your shorts there is a major problem...I'm not sure if its with your shorts or your grooming. Gross.

What were you wearing that they could see that much? Doesn't sound like very good exercise clothes. I like to wear spandex with basketball shorts over top when I run... it's comfy but the spandex keep you from exposing yourself when you stretch and stuff (and keep in the stray hairs?). Just a tip.

this is why you shouldn't wear hoochy mama shorts when working out. or when you do put those tight ass spandex shorts under them. if you're overweight and wearing short shorts, no on wants to see any nasty ass thigh jiggling.
