Today, as I was walking up to a urinal I heard a small hiss. I looked up just in time to get an eye full of chemicals from the automatic air freshener. I rinsed my eye out and went back to the urinal. It happened again. FML

Today, I was at a friend's house. She has one of those automatic air fresheners, and I was amazed when it went off. To get a better look at it, I got real close to it. I saw a button and pressed it. The air freshener went off again, spraying nothing but my eye. FML

Today, I really had to go to the bathroom. Due to my fear of public restrooms, I made sure it was clear before I started. I heard someone sigh halfway through. Embarrassed, I waited a full ten minutes before leaving the stall, only to see that it was only the automatic air freshener. FML

Today, while checking the men's bathroom at work, I noticed one of the air fresheners had fallen from the top of the paper towel holder into the garbage. It wasn't until I picked it up and examined it that I realized I was actually holding used urinal fresheners. FML

Today, I wanted to freshen up my room, so I bought some Febreze. Standing on my bed, I began to spray, not noticing that the air vent directly across was turned on. The spray came directly back at me. The doctor says that the irritation in my eyes may last for several days. FML

Today, my coworker friend told me she was going to the restroom. Soon after, I did the same. Once in the stall, I could smell a stench emanating from the next one. I yelled, "Ew, you stinky bitch" and sprayed air freshener under the partition. As I left the stall, my friend walked into the restroom. FML

use a different urinal or the stall? either way, sorry to hear, OP. try talking to a manager about moving the air freshener, as that seems to be a problem. i'm sure you're not the first person to do that.

Haha that's a pretty cute thing to do. Other than the fact that you can potentially get blind. Well... best to do is to wash that eye and make sure it feels comfortable before drying I guess? Nothing knows your eye better than your eye xD

I pranked my coworkers with one of the motion activated ones. There was a shelf above the toilet so I aimed at an angle supported by toilet paper. It got one in the back of the head and 2 in the mouth... LoL...

I have never even seen one of those actually spray, I almost don't believe this is real, like y were u staring at it the second time, or y didnt u use a urinal not directly under it
