Hey! You could hook her up with not want cherries in my cherry pie guy!
...*sigh* just kill her already.
The ****** deserves to have that allergic reaction. Plus they're prob lying
What I want to know is where you work that has peanut butter pancakes. Because that sounds amazing and I want some.
Let her try to sue. Any respectable lawyer won't even entertain it, lest their BAR certification get revoked for taking frivolous lawsuits, though they hopefully still charge her a consultation fee. If she finds a 'Saul Goodman', she'll just end up wasting money on attorney and court fees and still get nothing. Then she'll probably sue her original lawyer..
That's her fault. People who have allergies are responsible for asking. It is not the responsibility of the workers. I hate people who blame their stupidity on everyone else.
Agreed. I always make sure to tell the server my allergy before I order (mainly because they alert the chefs and protocol to work against contamination is started) just in case something that has my allergy in it might not be obvious. Like artichoke dip. That has flour in it who knew.
-She's eating a bag of peanuts- "What!? These peanuts contain peanuts?!" -Dies-
Well I mean she should have realized with a name like that for the pancakes but she should have also asked for what was actually in it for her allergies so her suing could go either way but it still comes down to her being stupid enough to order it fully knowing her allergies
I'm not saying that people with peanut butter allergies should die, they should NOT, and their allergies should be considered and protected--BUT people with peanut allergies AND the level of idiocy necessary to not consider their own deadly allergy SHOULD DIE and free the genetic pool of both of these inferior traits.
this is why my fruit and nut mix tells me it may contain traces of peanuts and other nuts

Well what in the name of **** did she expect?
The shock I get by reading this level of stupidity. Anaphylactic I tell you.
