Today, at work, someone heard me throw up. I then got called aside and told being hungover at work is unacceptable. I don't drink. I'm pregnant. FML

not really an fml. just explain yourself. now if you had gotten FIRED...

42 your ******* dumb. Do you feel socially a mccepted because you clicked a yes or mo button and it got posted? **** some peopleslives are sad.

By the way: EDIT: Awe. That sucks. Didn't know the gay omment would offend, sorry. I didn't mean it in any bad way.

I'm sure this could be a lot worse, but it's still painful to think that you work someplace where their FIRST ASSUMPTION is that you must be hung over. It might have seemed bigger than it is because of hormones. But if you can do your job, what business is it of theirs, anyway? It used to be that if you threw up where people could hear you, they either asked if they could help you, or politely ignored it, as one politely ignores farting, belching, sweating, and other body functions that happen where they're not supposed to. But since when do they get to chastise you like a naughty child? I'm getting incensed. This really is ******.

Kind of rude of them to assume hangover... you could have been sick, or had food poisoning, or something.

I thought it was overrated. Some funny parts, but a lot of dumb parts, too.

how is ur life F'd. just say, I'm pregnant, that's why I threw up. and the voilà it's all good

If you just told your boss you were pregnant, then it would be HIM that would be here writing an FML.
