They'd have had a lot of explaining to do to their superiors if they'd rushed in & handcuffed someone in the middle of it all. I'd be super grateful for them letting me finish....not FMLing about it. Lol.

I can just imagine their conversation: Cop 1: I think they're going at it. Cop 2: Should we go in? Cop 1: If its the suspect this could be his last time in a long time. Cop 2: Let him finish. Cop 1: Yeah. Nice cops ;)
